Registan Staff — an internal app for the employees of Registan Learning Centre.

In short

Registan Staff is a work app for the employees of our learning centre — teachers, managers and marketers. It collects only the data needed to do that work. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties.

The app is not open to the public: accounts are created by the learning centre for its own staff.

What data we collect

Account data Full name, phone number, role and branch. You sign in with a password or with a one-time code sent to your phone by SMS.
Work data Groups, student lists, attendance and marks, orders and payment status, employee performance figures, and your own payroll details (salary, bonuses, penalties).
Text you write Notes about students, articles about partners, lesson tasks and their questions.
Files you upload Photos of textbook pages, used to generate lesson exercises.
Technical data An anonymous device identifier (Firebase Anonymous Authentication) needed for the app to work. It does not identify you personally.
The app does not collect location (GPS), contacts, calendar or the microphone. It accesses the camera and photo library only at the moment you choose to upload a textbook page.

Why we use it

  • To sign you in and show the sections that match your role;
  • To record attendance and marks and calculate group progress;
  • To calculate employee metrics (conversion, student retention) and the leaderboard;
  • To show you your own salary and penalties;
  • To organise follow-up with students who stop attending;
  • To distribute videos, news and lesson tasks inside the app.

Where the data is stored

Edu Tizim CRM The learning centre's main system: employees, students, groups, attendance, payments and payroll. The app displays data held there.
Google Firebase Data the CRM has no place for: notes about students, partners, lesson tasks and their results, and uploaded textbook photos.

Data is stored on the servers of these service providers. Google Firebase processes it under its own privacy terms.

Who can see it

Only the relevant employees of the learning centre, and each of them sees only what their role requires: a teacher sees their own groups and their own salary; a manager sees their own metrics and the students assigned to them. Data is never passed to advertising networks or other third parties.

How long we keep it

Work data is kept while you are employed at the centre and afterwards for as long as accounting and academic records require. When an employee leaves, their access to the app is revoked.

Deleting your data, and your rights

You may ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is wrong;
  • delete your account and the data associated with it.

Write to the address below — we respond within 30 days. Please note that accounting records required by law may be kept until their statutory retention period ends.

Children's data

The app is not intended for children; it is used only by employees of the learning centre. Data about students, including minors, is entered by the centre to run its academic process and is visible only to staff.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If anything significant changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change too.
